Leadership training for first-line and middle managers starts this autumn with modules on personal development as a leader and manager.
The modules explore a range of leadership styles, approaches and challenges, whether you are newly-appointed or experienced manager in your first role or operating in a middle management position.

The programme provides a key opportunity for participants to consider, update and record your personal and professional development plan to take forward your future career in the learning and skills sector.
Personal development for first-line managers will be held on 27 and 28 September 2011
Personal development for middle managers will be held on 5 and 6 October 2011
Cost: £550 non-accredited or £820 with optional assessment leading to a CMI qualification at level 5 or level 7.
