A new leadership development offer becomes nationally available from LSIS for the first time this autumn – giving first-line and middle managers the chance to develop their skills and knowledge.
LSIS’s provision for these managers has recently been re-designed to enable greater choice, flexibility and personalisation. The programme centres on four major leadership themes and is delivered through a series of two-day courses, starting on these dates.
