Anthony Bromirski is currently quality and group services director for Retail Motor Industry Training (Remit), the motor industry's learner focussed automotive training provider of choice, who work with colleges across the UK. They are also the training arm of the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF) which represents the interests of operators in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man providing sales and services to motorists and businesses.
With numerous years experience and knowledge gained within various work based learning providers, Anthony has excelled in his strategic direction and leadership role committed to continually improving quality in the sector throughout the Learner Journey, meeting contractual compliance, quality standards and Awarding Body requirements. The role is responsible for quality improvement, management information, self assessment, internal inspection, contracts, audits, certification, verification, health and safety, equality of opportunity and diversity, IT systems, new procedures and standards.
An experienced results and quality orientated individual, who is highly motivated and versatile, focused on continuous improvement and development by action planning, implementation and evaluation. Success driven and is accustomed to working in a pressurised environment and to tight schedules, including new challenges.
