Paula Whittle

Paula Whittle has worked in education across the UK for over 25 years. Her passion for understanding the complex developmental needs of the learner and commitment to providing the highest standards of delivery to improve the learner journey has seen her become a true curriculum specialist. Paula started her career as a teacher, progressing quickly to manage, direct and most recently lead educational institutions to great success. One of her proudest achievements includes guiding a college deemed unsatisfactory by Ofsted to good with many outstanding features within three years. With her in-depth experience of the schools sector, further and higher education system, including Open University, Paula now leads one of the biggest colleges in the UK, within one of the most diverse communities in London.

Paula’s continuing ambition is to give everyone access to the power of learning. Her belief is that education enriches lives, gives learners credibility and is a strong tool for social mobility with a proven contribution to the UK economy.
