The purpose of this guide, undertaken with the support of the Association of Colleges in the Eastern Region (ACER), is to investigate ways in which corporation members can support and challenge their senior managers on today’s performance, whilst acquiring new skills and understanding needed to respond to changes in their colleges operating environment.
