Northumberland College is enjoying the results of a leadership development programme designed to bring about the vision of becoming an ‘exceptional’ college by 2013. The bespoke programme was developed in consultation between the college and LSIS after the new management team decided to break the pattern of ‘satisfactory’ Ofsted ratings that had been going on for several years.
