Organisational Effectiveness 2012
'Surviving and thriving in challenging times'
The Organisational Effectiveness conference took place on Wednesday 5 December at Maple House in Birmingham. It enabled leaders and managers to meet with others and learn from their experiences through keynote speeches, interactive workshops and exhibition displays.
The conference explored five key themes:
- Engaging your staff to deliver success with innovative projects
- Increasing and driving a stronger return on investment (ROI)
- Reducing costs through collaborative working with partners and stakeholders
- Developing staff skill sets by engaging with new tools and resources to achieve cost savings and efficiencies
